Top Gun Event Runs August 18 to September 15
A new event guide lays out the Top Gun Event schedule: it opens August 18, 2026, 12:00 UTC and closes September 15, 2026, 12:00 UTC, with Ace Medals earned through challenges paying for its reward track. A free trial gives non-owners four maps and a set of playlists from August 18 to 25, and every event item can be unlocked through play alone.
The reward structure in brief:
Ace Medals come from Ace Pilot Challenges, with a separate BF Pro Challenges track for Season 4 BF Pro members
10 unlockable items — weapon packages, vehicle skins, and profile items — with the Ace Aviator soldier skin as the bonus for clearing all 10
Two store bundles at 2,400 BFC each build around Rooster and Bob, adding further soldier skins and weapon packages
Carrier Strike and Gauntlet: Fighter Sweep anchor the event's new modes, flown in the F-74A Seacat and F/A-81F Super Spectre
Miles Teller, Charles Parnell, and Lewis Pullman return as Rooster, Warlock, and Bob, with a gameplay deep-dive video going behind the scenes on their cockpit performances
