Update 1.4.1.5 Fixes NVIDIA Crash and Deployment Rendering
Update 1.4.1.5 is a compact maintenance pass touching both Battlefield 6 and REDSEC, with a PC crash affecting certain NVIDIA GPUs among the corrections. Soldier models, HUD, and UI now render faster after deployment, sniper aim transitions while suppressed are smoothed, and map problems on Tsuru Reef, Cairo Bazaar, and Railway to Golmud are cleared. It unlocks August 4, 2026, 08:00 UTC.
The change list runs across gameplay reliability, vehicles, weapons, maps, progression, and Portal.
Deployment rendering puts soldier models, HUD, and UI on screen sooner after spawning, and the duplicate crosshair seen during ADS transitions is gone.
Sniper Rifle ADS transitions no longer stutter while suppressed on non-Recon classes, and the "Falling Man Down" animation stops playing after water immersion.
Vehicles: Thermal Smoke Discharge damages enemies standing on slopes, and Main Battle Tank Canister and Aim-Guided Shell switching works during a reload.
Weapons: the 1P86 Variable Scope is disabled while an underbarrel launcher is in use, and M123K underbarrel attachment models update correctly.
Maps: PAX insertion spawning and visual corruption near Objective C on Tsuru Reef, geometry exposed by building destruction on Cairo Bazaar, and pylon visibility for pilots on Railway to Golmud.
Progression: Season 3 PP-19 Suppression Assists and Season 4 Friday Night Battlefield host progression both count again.
Portal and UI: console players can like Portal experiences, Supply Crates resync after a crash or rejoin, and the Frontline Fixer skin's texture quality is corrected.
NVIDIA GPU crash on PC is resolved, having been triggered by SOR-300SC attachments, Custom Search, and large bodies of water.
