Winter Offensive Adds Ice Climbing Axe and Ice Lock Empire State
The Winter Offensive update (1.1.3.0) adds a free Ice Climbing Axe melee via the Winter Offensive Bonus Path. Empire State gets a frozen visual overhaul plus an Ice Lock event in Battlefield 6 and REDSEC — a Freeze mechanic where players manage sub-zero temperatures via heat zones or Adrenaline Injectors. REDSEC adds an Ice Lock Gauntlet with three locked missions. Portal creators get access to the Ice Lock environment and Freeze mechanic.
