Small modes playlist returns, Castle Road TDM player threshold fixed

The small modes playlist covering King of the Hill and Team Deathmatch is live again, after EA pushed a backend change on October 14 to restore it. The same change fixes how many players a Team Deathmatch round on Vegas Strip: Castle Road needs before it can begin. EA has not said why the playlist went offline or how long it was unavailable.
