Technical Issues drawer now tracks live game problems
Battleflow.io now carries a Technical Issues drawer beside the timeline, listing the game and service problems currently open, from disabled weapons to driver crashes. Each entry has a status timeline, a workaround when one exists, and links to EA's own notices. A browsable archive keeps the resolved ones.
Issues live outside the timeline on purpose. A news post records that something happened; an issue records the state of something that is still changing, so it gets its own surface instead of a stream of "still broken" posts. The list is curated to major problems and sorted by the most recent status change, never by severity.
Three ways in: the edge tab on the left on desktop, the ISSUES button in the header on mobile, and a sidebar row in widescreen mode.
Status timeline per issue, stepping through Investigating, Identified, Monitoring and Resolved with a timestamp on each.
Workaround callout when a player can actually do something in the meantime.
Resource links to the EA Forums notice, Discord announcement or patch notes behind each entry.
Shareable deep links that open the drawer on a specific issue.
Archive of resolved issues behind a toggle, and a badge on the trigger with the open count.
No cost to page load: the timeline only carries the open count, and the issues themselves load the first time the drawer opens.
